Refund Policy

Vine Mediation Refund Policy:

Online mediations: A 100% refund will be processed if you cancel your mediation up to eight calendar days before your mediation is set to take place. A 75% refund will be processed if your mediation is cancelled within seven calendar days of the mediation taking place. A 50% refund will be processed if your mediation is cancelled within 48-hours of the start time of your mediation. All mediations not cancelled before this time will be processed at the full payment. Upon request, a mediation may be rescheduled free of charge with the consent of all parties involved, including Vine Mediation.

In-person mediations: A 100% refund will be processed if you cancel your mediation up to eight calendar days before your mediation is set to take place. A 75% refund will be processed if your mediation is cancelled within seven calendar days of the mediation taking place. A 50% refund will be processed if your mediation is cancelled within 72-hours of the start time of your mediation. All mediations not cancelled before this time will be processed at the full payment. Upon request, a mediation may be rescheduled free of charge with the consent of all parties involved, including Vine Mediation. Any payments made on your behalf for a physical space to hold the mediation will not be processed by Vine Mediation. Please keep third-party booking fees in mind when you book a physical space to hold your mediation.

We aim to be flexible. Please contact us as soon as you suspect you may need to cancel or change your mediation, and we will accommodate your needs as best as we can pursuant to Vine Mediation's policies.
